The Coordinator for Housing Operations, Assessment and Outreach oversees the management of the student facing side of housing operations, the housing inbox, and the assessment and social media committee. They will assist in the recruitment, training, development, and evaluate student staff. In the summer they will serve as an operational manager for the Summer Conference Program co-supervising the Summer Housing Assistants. Serve as a judicial hearing officer in adjudicating policy violations. This is a 12 month, live-in position with on-duty responsibilities in addition to weeknight and weekend commitments on a regular basis. The primary goal of this position is to provide operational support to the department.

This is an on-site, live-in position in Salem, MA which includes an on-campus apartment and meal plan. This role requires a flexible schedule and occasional work on evenings and weekends, including after-hours on-call duty rotation.
Office activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and interaction with computer equipment; occasional bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 5-10 pounds.
