Bertolon School of Business at Salem State University is AACSB accredited and seeks to hire an adjunct faculty member in the Marketing and Decision Sciences Department to teach part-time for the Spring 2022 semester. Teaching assignments may include undergraduate and/or graduate sections in disciplines including Marketing, Management Information Systems, Operations and Logistics Management, Quantitative Methods, and Quality and Reliability Systems. Other subjects will depend upon the expertise of the candidate and needs of the program.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant and current work experience, ongoing professional development in related fields, an interest and experience in teaching the subjects, and a commitment to impactful and quality instruction. Preference will be given to candidates who also have professional certifications in related disciplines, extensive work experience showing progression and/or a Ph.D. in the related business field to be classified as a Scholarly Academic, Practice Academic, Scholarly Practitioner, or Instructional Practitioner as defined by AACSB standards.
