The School of Nursing is seeking an electronic computer operator II (ECO II) to support the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Resource Center (NRC). Under the supervision of the Director of the Nursing Resource Center, this position organizes and collaborates in the creation of the simulation lab schedules for over 1500 student visits to the SIM lab each semester. This essential role to schedules students for supplemental instruction per course requirements, simulation lab schedules, clinical skills testing, as well as assist with scheduling the ATI NCLEX Review Course, and the ATI testing schedule. The ECO II is responsible for the input, correction, and disbursement in multiple internal and external electronic computer databases, including ATI, maintains medical supply inventory, and supervises student's work in the computer lab.   Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm, M-F Break: One hour Salary: $59,960.94 annually/$1,153.095 weekly

The McKeown School of Education at Salem State University is seeking adjunct professors to supervise pre-practicum and/or practicum teaching candidates remotely. Supervisors are required to meet with students for a pre-observation to discuss their lesson plans, watch videos of the candidate teaching, and provide oral and written feedback to the candidate in post-observation meetings. Supervisors also work with host teachers to support the student-teacher as they develop knowledge and skills across the time in the field, and hold regular, required meetings with the host teacher after each observation. Because most of this work is conducted remotely, the supervisor must use McKeown School’s technology platforms, such as Sibme and Canvas. Training is provided on all technology platforms, observation tools, and forms for licensure documentation. As this work is done remotely, supervisors can hold a full-time teaching job. Bi/multilingual supervisor candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.  Compensation is based on the number of pre-practicum and/or practicum students supervised in a semester, ideally between 3 and 6 in number.

The School of Social Work seeks a Student Success Coordinator to mentor, advise, and coach a student cohort of social work students receiving stipends from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) workforce development grant. The Student Success Coordinator will develop and implement a community outreach plan and serve as liaison to community agencies and schools for the purposes of recruitment and to increase the School's community partnerships, along with other activities identified in the grant.   Please Note: This is a two year grant-funded position.
