Salem State University is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach a graduate course on the analysis and design of spatial databases within the Geo-Information Science Graduate Program in spring 2018. Experience with spatial database software and a thorough understanding of spatial database structures, design (including Structured Query Language (SQL)), implementation, and maintenance are required. The ability to teach using leading software such as ESRI's Desktop and Enterprise (ArcSDE) Geodatabases or PostgreSQL/PostGIS is required. Class will run Thursday evenings at 6:30pm beginning January 18, 2018.
This posting will be valid for three years to build a sufficient adjunct pool.
