Salem State University is seeking adjunct professors with interest and experience teaching Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Teaching assignments may include Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Work Motivation, Organizational Development Consulting, Psychometrics, and Advanced Statistics depending upon the expertise of the candidate and the needs of the program. Opportunities for internship supervision and thesis advising may also be available.
Courses are held weekdays at 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM. Summer evening courses are also available. Duties include the development of a course syllabus, student grading, student/teacher consultation with times arranged by the instructor. Faculty work collaboratively in a school with future-directed leadership and a collective focus on academic excellence, success of our students and faculty development.
This posting will be valid for three years to build a sufficient adjunct pool.
